• Jumpstart Strategy, Basic Assessment & Planning Session: General questionnaire plus Wheel of Life, Wheel of Management, Wheel of Leadership assessments to provide basis for setting goals. Reviewing history, looking at past, present & future, setting goals and foundation for the coaching partnership. Resulting in picture of strengths & areas for focus – 1.5 hours
• Leadership Foundation Package: Vision, Values Alignment, Focus, Goal Setting including initial assessment, discovery and establishment of partnership – in 2-3 meetings (3 hours), resulting in future plan, values list, goals
• Communication & Management Skills Package: Tailored workshops or individual sessions for New Managers & Supplementary for Seasoned Managers including: Listening, Intuition, Goal Setting, Time Management, Delegation, Curiosity, Organization, Dealing with Politics, Perspectives – 6-12 meetings of up to 15 hours, including meeting summaries, shadow coaching, email support and questions upon demand. Resulting in new skills, confidence & advancement
• Business Building Package strategy, vision, values, goals, confidence, etc. for women and men starting up or going to next level – special offer in conjunction with Israel Ministry of Industry, Trade & Labor and Small Business Bureau for lowest rates! - 12-20 meetings of up to 20 hours, including meeting summaries, mentoring, phone & email support on demand.
