Gloria G. Kinrot (BSc, CPCC, ORSC, ACC) is a Business & Team Consultant & Internationally Certified Coach. An Authorized Facilitator of the Team Diagnostic^TM Assessment (TDA). She founded USOLVE in 2008.

Gloria has a BSc in Computer Science from Rutgers University, with Highest Honors. She is an internationally certified professional coach (ICF & CTI accredited). As a seasoned system engineer and manager, Gloria has a natural expertise in systems & team coaching (CRR-global ORSC-trained, TCI-trained). She is an approved business mentor with the Israeli Small Business Bureau (MATI/TAMAT). An associate coach in the Business Success Coach Network's expert team.  She works with Israel-based mid-size and large global corporations.

Gloria specializes in R&D and sales support in organizations, leading strategic programs, system design & coaching for successful change implementation in the field for teams, individuals and women leadership in technology. Working with companies like GE (RCA), Mennen Medical, Comverse, Teva, FIS Software (a Formula Company). Clients include senior & middle managers, executive & project teams, women in business and in transition.

In the community, Gloria is the leader & facilitator of the Raanana Women Council's Women-in-Business Club. Has led monthly Entrepreneur Networking forums. Served as President of Hadassah-Israel's Iris Chapter in Raanana, Herzliya and Ramat HaSharon starting a weekly Cafe Siach Program for women-at-risk in conjunction with the Herzliya Community & Social Services Department. She is one of group of 12 founding members of the Israeli Knowledge Management Foundation.

In Israel, USOLVE collaborate with the Raanana Municipality's Women’s Council to establish (November 2009) & lead the Raanana Women-in-Business Club to advance women leaders and businesses in Raanana and the surrounding area.
