Facilitator: Gloria G. Kinrot, CEO, U-Solve
Audience: College Students in Program’s Induction

About the Knowledge Cafe: The program’s executive director chose the topic of Women Leadership as part of the Induction. To approach issues in entrepreneurial teams to be created of sharing roles and enabling women program members to consider CEO positions. Promoting dialog as an integral part of business & teams. With open conversation - where all perspectives are respected and heard – bridging cultural, individualistic gaps. The art of listening is key.
Benefits of the workshop: Program staff gains ability to observe prospective students from personal viewpoint. Students formulate criteria on forming venture teams. Students practice listening, an important business tool.
I strive to set the mood and structure as the facilitator. Presenting the process & rules, introducing the topic to jump-start discussion, listening to small groups, fostering ideas in the large group discussion to ponder upon during & after the lecture. Inspired by the World Café and Gurteen Knowledge Forum.
