Gloria G. Kinrot (BSc, CPCC, ORSC, PCC) is an experienced hi-tech marketing writer, product/program manager, consultant and internationally certified coach with a strong engineering, product marketing and hi-tech management background. Gloria specializes in writing on technical and complex topics in hi-tech. She has diverse industrial expertise including Security, Cloud, Big Data, Communications, IT, Medical, Consumer Product, Non-profit. Clients include hi-tech start-ups and enterprises. She founded USOLVE in 2009.

Gloria has been a global knowledge management and business leader, software and system engineer in companies like GE, Comverse, Teva, Mennen Medical, FIS Software (a Formula company) and 10's of start-ups. She has been a Senior Leadership and Business Coach for 100's of leaders and teams. Gloria is an internationally Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) since 2009 and an Organizational Relationship System Coach (ORSC) and Authorized Facilitator of Team Coaching International diagnostic products since 2011.

In the community, Gloria is a mentor at Gvahim for helping professional new immigrants to Israel get a good start in the local job market and life in Israel since 2015. She's the co-founder and facilitator of the Raanana Women Council's Women-in-Business Club from 2009-2014. She's led programs for women-at-risk in conjunction with the Herzliya Community & Social Services Department and monthly Entrepreneur Networking forums for the Raanana business community. Gloria served as Hadassah-Israel President in 2008-2012 and is one of group of 12 founding members of the Israeli Knowledge Management Foundation in 2008.
